Common mallow (Malva neglecta). Medicinal herb. Can be used to make tea. Smaller younger leaves can be used in salads. Grows 6-12 inches tall and wide. Likes sun. Give seeds three to four weeks of cold refrigeration to break the dormancy of the seed. Seeds may be started indoors or planted directly outdoors in the Fall or early Spring after the cold cycle. Press seed on moist soil and keep moist until germination. The plants will grow big and bushy like the ones pictured if you plant them in well fertilized ground, such as where animals once were or add commercial manure to the potting soil.    35 seeds per pkg.
