The individual part number of the blocks that make up the pair are 42-28-0206 and 42-28-0211. These are new genuine Milwaukee replacement parts. NOTE: the two mounting holes in each of these blocks are not threaded, the screws that are in your saw should be self-tapping screws that will cut their own threads into these blocks.
