Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payments have cleared and we do our very best to get everything out as quickly as possible. If you need your order expedited please contact us before bidding and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
For some items we use a service that transports packages stored in our Canadian warehouse to New York, where they are given over to USPS for domestic shipping with no border hassles or expenses. This premium service sometimes causes the tracking to take a couple days to show movement, but overall it is a faster method of delivery with easy returns to New York state.

CUSTOMS Tariffs and DUTIES
NEW update as of May 1 2025:
USA: Only products made in China and shipped from Canada are subject to a 25% Tariff at this time.
Fortunately most of our products are manufactured elsewhere so the impact to our pricing and offerings is minimal at this time.
**Some of our shipments are sent from Canada as described above. We have temporarily removed most of the Chinese made products shipping from Canada so your orders should not be impacted.
If we missed one and you receive an unexpected Tariff or Duty charge please email us a copy of receipt showing our business name and proof of payment and we will reimburse you for this expense.
We will contact you prior to shipping your order if we detect a product that may be impacted. If you agree to proceed with the order, the Tariffs/Duty will not be eligible for reimbursement.
If these changes remain in effect for an extended period, we will start adding Country of Origin and Product locations to our listings to minimize disruptions should additional countries be added to the Tariffs list.
