There are a few dead pixels at the bottom right, the top right of the display is cracked/scratched and there is a dead spot, and there are a few scuffs on the back of the monitor (please see pictures). Besides this, the monitor has been tested and is fully functional. The package comes with (1) monitor, (1) stand + screws, and (1) power adapter (please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
