"HMS Victorious" is the aircraft carrier of the Royal Navy Fleet of Great Britain of the type “Illustrious” that took an active part in World War II. She is the only ship that operated in two fleets and in all the four oceans. She participated in the combat operations against the battleships "Bismarck" and "Tirpitz", as well as in the operation "Pedestal"; she escorted the convoys in the Arctic and to Malta. After the war she underwent modernization and remained in commission till 1969. She was decommissioned for scrap due to fleet reduction in 1969.
The model is very large-scale; it is performed as of 1964, has excellent detailing and is intended for experienced modelers.
