How do I personalise my badge, and how fast is delivery?

Personalising your badge is simple — for a text badge there are no files to prepare and no design skills needed. Send your details in the message box when you order, exactly as they should be printed — we print what you send, character for character.

  • Line 1: the name.
  • Line 2 (optional): a job title, business name or location. It sits under the name unless you ask for it above.
  • Missed the message box? No problem — send the wording through eBay Messages after ordering and we match it to your order.
  • Layout: we set the font, size and spacing so your badge matches the photos. If anything in your message is unclear, we check with you through eBay Messages before printing.
  • Delivery: choose Express Post at checkout and most Australian metro addresses have the badge in hand within 2 to 3 business days of ordering. Standard post is Australia Post untracked letter post, 3 to 8 business days for metro areas.
  • Team orders: send the full list of names and we batch them in one run, so every badge matches in size, font and layout.
What is this badge made from?
  • Material: acrylic in white, metallic and pastel finishes, laser-cut to a clean, consistent edge.

What colours can I choose?
  • White (default), Silver, Gold, Chic Yellow, Lavender, Mint, Pink, Light Blue or Tan.
  • Text is printed in black.
  • 60 mm x 20 mm — suits hospitality and retail uniforms with limited lapel space. Best for a short name or a single role line.
  • 75 mm x 25 mm — comfortable reading distance for corporate, event and reception use. Fits a full name plus a role line.
How do I fit and look after it?

Fit the fastener just above the centre of the badge. Fitted on or below the centre line, the badge tips forward as you wear it.

  • Peel the protective film off the fastener, then press it on.
  • The magnetic fastener is a bar that adheres to the back of the badge, worn with a steel keeper plate behind the garment.
  • Wearing small permanent magnets such as name badge fasteners is generally not damaging to health. The magnetic field may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators and magnetic cards — keep the badge at least 15 cm from such items.
  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid alcohol-based sanitisers, perfumes and solvents, which can cloud the acrylic surface.
