CONDITION:  several coats of paint have left this with a shabby chic, chippy look - inside has paint chipping, stains at bottom - I have tried to clean inside base but there is still some handling soil & staining - no liner - sturdy, I do not see any holes or breaks - this is a great vintage piece with wonderful patina!
