It provides a guaranteed operating range from 0.02 to 2.8 meters and offers a typical operating range limit of up to 5 meters with the TK(S) 100x100 reflector. The sensor features a red LED light source (635 nm) and falls under the exempt group according to EN 62471 for safe operation. The Leuze PRK3C.A3/2N-M8 Photoelectric Sensor is equipped with an NPN transistor and supports light switching or dark switching modes, offering flexibility for a variety of applications. It operates with a switching frequency of 1,500 Hz and a response time of 0.33 ms, ensuring quick and accurate switching in fast-paced environments.
