NEW ITEMS return policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30-day window upon receiving the product.
2. Returns on new items are subject to restocking fees anywhere from 10-50% at the discretion of the seller. All returns will be inspected for any missing or damaged packaging or accessories or any other devaluation of the product.
3. Return shipping costs for new items are the responsibility of the buyer
4. Shipping charges incurred during fulfillment of the orders be deducted from the refund.
5. Items returned because a buyer found a "better price" will be subject to a partial refund.
6. All new item returns must receive an RMA number prior to the return.
