Payment:
UK Customers - Paypal
Overseas Customers - Paypal (GB£ Sterling ONLY)

Payment MUST be received within 7 days of the auction close. After this time, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with Ebay to recover final listing fees

 

Postage & Packing:
Items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after cleared funds are received
In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the post, I will ALWAYS rectify the situation & claim from the carrier. Please note that an item is NOT deemed lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed (25 days for international postage). Claims CANNOT be filed until after this period has elapsed

Proof of postage is ALWAYS obtained for every item sent and every order is automatically covered by insurance up to the value of the order. If your order is more valuable please ask for extra insurance which is available for an extra charge

If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all packaging, a claim cannot be entertained without this

Returns:
Any items found to be faulty or damaged must be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Non-faulty goods MUST be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS in the original packaging & in a saleable condition at your own cost
