St John's Ambulance Photographic Medical Posters. Says toward the bottom of the poster, "The St. John Ambulance Association. St. John's Gate, London E.C.I."

Titles on the back "Respiration I" Has stamp that is faded and difficult to read. 

We found it impossible to photograph this poster without reflections. It has a glossy finish, so the photos show white areas, that are just light reflecting. The image is intact.
