Choose Your Configuration: 1–4 Heating Zones
Professionally assembled in Spring Grove, Illinois
Streamline your radiant heating installation with a professionally pre-assembled hydronic panel from Warming Systems Inc. An organized layout brings the zone pumps, controller, expansion tank, air separator, and make-up water components together for convenient connections to your boiler and manifolds.
Select the 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-zone configuration that fits your project. The panel is designed for straightforward system filling and flushing, with the ability to isolate the boiler during flushing.
| Heating Zones | 1–4, depending on the selected configuration |
|---|---|
| Boiler Connections | 1-inch copper |
| Manifold Supply & Return | 3/4-inch copper |
| Make-Up Water Assembly | Pressure regulator and backflow preventer included |
| System Fluid | Water or a compatible hydronic glycol mixture |
The panel incorporates built-in hydraulic separation, allowing the boiler circulation loop and floor-heating zone loops to operate independently without the pumps interfering with each other. This makes the panel ideal for boilers with their own internal circulation pump
For boilers or water heaters without a circulation pump, the hydraulic separation can be bypassed by closing a valve on the panel. This allows the panel's zone circulator to pump water directly through the boiler or water heater and through the heating zone, delimitating the need for a separate boiler pump.
Grundfos UPS15-58FC three-speed circulator pumps provide selectable operating speeds to suit system requirements. The standard circulator design helps simplify future replacement.
Actual flow depends on system resistance and the selected pump speed. Maximum flow and maximum head are separate operating limits.
The Taco switching relay activates the corresponding zone pump when a thermostat calls for heat. Connect each thermostat to its designated zone for individual zone control.
Includes a 4.4-gallon expansion tank, factory pre-charged to 12 PSI, to accommodate thermal expansion of the system fluid. Tank sizing and pre-charge should be checked against your system's requirements during installation.
Continuously separates entrained air from the circulating system fluid, including microbubbles, helping reduce air-related noise and support effective circulation.
A T-pattern flow path provides convenient control for draining, flushing, and refilling the system.
