Original McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 1991.
This was originally part of the TINY TOON FLIP CARS set.
At the time, this promotion used a brand new idea, in essence there were 2 toys in one.
When the car was flipped, a different character and car appeared. Two wheels of each vehicle matched the theme of one side of the flip car, the other two wheels match the other side.
