● Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
● Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying (especially for European countries the import duties can be very high).
● We will not mark as GIFT or write a low value when shipping your item as it is against ebay's policy and also if your package gets damaged or lost, the post office will only compensate up to the value we write.
● Handling fees are included in the shipping charges.
● ONLY Expedited Shipping will be FULLY INSURED. For economy air it will only be insured up to 6000 yen so please note that if you choose economy air option and your package gets lost or damaged, the post office will only compensate up to 6000 yen + shipping and we will only be able to refund this amount (converted into US$).
● For Expedited Shipping, we will ship either by EMS (Express Mail Service from the post office) or FedEx.
● WE COMBINE SHIPPING so if you buy multiple items, you will be able to save on the shipping cost.
● If you buy MULTIPLE ITEMS and have paid for each shipping cost, we will refund the difference for the combined shipping & handling cost, so please do not worry about the overpayment on the shipping & handling cost.
● For MULTIPLE PURCHASES, if the total price is high we will only ship by Expedited Shipping so your package will be fully insured. Also there is a limitation of size we can ship for economy air so if the combined items are big we will only be able to ship by Expedited Shipping.
● For items shipped to an address in JAPAN, we will charge consumption tax upon the item price.
● We will bubble wrap the item and ship in a cardboard box for secure shipping.

* We ship either from the post office or by FedEx (for FedEx there is a possibility that the delivery time is a lot sooner than the estimate delivery time shown in your order page.)
* The delivery time is just an ESTIMATE according to the carrier's website. Depending on your country's postal system, customs inspection and the volume of packages the carrier has to process, it might take longer to arrive. And there are usually big delays during the holiday seasons (Christmas, New Years, Summer Holidays etc.) and also there can be big delays if there are any DISASTERS, WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC, etc.
Please understand that we have NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS BY THE CARRIERS so please DO NOT LEAVE ANY NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for DELAYED SHIPMENTS. Please contact us first if it is taking too long for your item to arrive so we can ask the carriers to investigate.
* For countries with bad postal conditions, we will ship by Expedited Shipping only.

● All shipping will have a tracking number but for some countries the tracking information might not be reflected after the package has left Japan.
● Most of our items are vintage items and dead stock items so please understand that they are old items and might not be in 100% perfect condition.

Different computer monitors might show different colors and condition, also because of the lighting effects when taking the pictures there might be slight difference from what is shown in the pictures compared to the actual item. ● We always recheck all the items before we ship to make sure that there are no damages (unless it is mentioned in the listing) so if you receive the item damaged, it was likely caused during shipping.
