Original Arby's Kid's Meal MIP (Mint in Package) toy from 2001.
This was originally part of the CREATURE FEATURE set.

Each package contains a small PVC animal on a flat base, plus a fact book about that animal group.

The figures are attached to the book by a plastic-style bubble, all have been dented in from storage.

DISCOVERING DINOSAURS
Small PVC on roughly 2¼" diameter base. Looks kind of like an ankylosaurus to me?
Sort of like an armadillo, but with a spiky ball on the end of its tail.

MIP packages may show wear, sticker residue.
