This listing is for a new genuine Land Rover thermostat. This is suitable for the TD5 engine in Defender and Discovery 2 models, as well as the 2.4 and 2.2 TDCI engine in Defenders from 2007-2016.
The genuine items are the only item we'd recommend when replacing the failed thermostat in your vehicle. Aftermarket and OEM items have proven themselves to be unreliable, and these are the only items we install in our workshop in this application.
