 These hight tolerance silver mica capacitors were manufactured in USSR for military. Good for use in RF transmitter,
matching or filter equipment, or they are very high quality for audio use, perhaps as an ultra-stable cap in analogue 
synth oscillators or filters and for Hi-End equipments.
