Ordering

Please enter the finished blind width and drop required in millimetres.

We manufacture the blind using the measurements supplied and do not make an automatic recess deduction unless clearly stated in the selected option.

Manufacturing tolerance:

• Width: ±4 mm
• Drop: will not be shorter than the measurement provided

Please check your measurements carefully before ordering.

Wider Blinds

For blinds wider than 1800 mm, we recommend dividing the opening into two separate blinds or choosing one of our looped-cord Venetian blind options, which use wider and stronger upper rails.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Most orders arrive approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Child Safety

A child-safety cord cleat is supplied and must be securely fitted. Keep all operating cords out of reach of children and pets, and keep beds, cots and furniture away from the window.

Made-to-Measure Returns

Made-to-measure blinds cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind or because incorrect measurements were supplied by the customer.

Please contact us if the blind arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or differs from the order details.
