1. I ship via Australia Post and input the box dimensions and weight into eBay Australia Post calculator and charge you only that amount. The box and packaging is free. In instances that the eBay shipping calculator gets it wrong by more than AUD$5, I will refund you the balance. If you do not like the amount that eBay / Australia Post quotes for shipping, please do not buy the model.
2. Images form part of the item description. I do my best to describe any issues a model may have, so if you see something in an image that I have not described or that you are unsure of, please ask. Keep in mind that most major brands occasionally have manufacturing defects. I strive to include images of these. As I am selling models as described / depicted, please understand that I am not responsible for manufacturing defects.
3. In line with eBay policy, I accept returns if the model is damaged (other than what was described or depicted in an image as existing damage), or if I send you the wrong model (hasn't happened yet!). I take pictures of the models immediately before packing them to ship and pictures of the packed shipping box with postage details attached.
Die-cast model aircraft can be fragile and I myself receive models where a propellor, landing gear or antennae has detached (or one half of the horizontal stabiliser, which many T-tail jets are prone to). Please consider whether you can simply re-attach the detached part, as I usually do, rather than taking us both through the returns process for something that can be simply fixed.
4. Lastly, please ensure that you are aware of what you are buying, including the scale of the model (and therefore the dimensions of the model you will receive).

FOR USA BUYERS: eBay currently does not give any postage methods from Australia to the USA. Postage is still available over-the-counter at the post office, with the additional tariffs and administrative fees listed below. If you are a US customer interested in buying this item, please contact me and I can physically go the post office and ascertain the exact tariffs and fees and let you know. I would then have to add these costs to the item's cost and find some way to send you an offer.

Customers sending gifts valued at more than USD100 or other goods, will need to pay duties and an administration and handling fee at the counter as part of the transaction when they do their postage assessment.
The Import Duty is calculated based on the item details in the parcel contents declaration and in accordance with the requirements of the US Customs and Border Protection authority (CBP). The Import Duty is payable to the CPB. Import Duty does not apply to:
Letters and documents of no commercial value, and gifts valued under USD100.
Items valued at USD800 or more. These duties are paid by the receiver.
As Australia Post will be collecting the duties and then providing them to a Qualified Party authorised to pay duties to US Customs Border and Protection (CBP), there will be an administration and handling fee. The administration and handling fee covers the costs associated with the use of a Qualified Party as authorised and required by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to remit and process the import duties payable for sending to the US and its Overseas Territories. This is in line with other postal operators globally, who are also charging handling and processing fees on top of the US customs import duties which are payable to CBP.
The administration and handling fee include a percentage (%) of the dutiable amount of the item plus a flat fee.
This will mean that retail customers will need to pay the US customs import duties, and the administration and handling fee on top of their postage at the time of lodgement.
