Shipping terms

From SafetyPrice Electronics all purchases will be shipped from Spain the next business day after payment is made.

Shipments are made to the shipping address registered on eBay, and you are responsible for not being up to date. If the shipping address stated by the buyer is incorrect after placing the order, we are not responsible for your loss.

We reserve the right to make one-time shipping when purchasing multiple items.

Special features of each type of shipment

Home Shipping (Ordinary Mail):

This is our default shipping method, via Correos España. This shipping option is free within Spanish territory, but you have to consider the following:

• You should not rely on the date stipulated by Ebay for delivery, the transit time to delivery usually varies and may vary from the time stated by Ebay.
• In our experience, the transit time stipulated by Post usually ranges from 4 to 7 business days, with the possibility of delays in delivery, so if you need the products as soon as possible, we do not recommend this shipping method.
• It lacks tracking number, so we will not be able to claim it from Post Office in the event of a loss or delay in delivery.
• We cannot be held responsibleof possible losses or delays if you choose this shipping method.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the amount of €20 or includes more than 5 items, we reserve the right to ship it via the 72h Light Paq or Standard Paq shipping service at no additional cost to the buyer, with tracking number included.
• In Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melillathe transit time is usually slightly longer.

Post: Certified Letters (Lightweight Paq)NOT valid for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

It is the cheapest way of shipping with traceability we have.

This shipping option has some advantages over regular shipping:

• Valid for products not exceeding 2cm high or 2kg in weight.
• The transit time stipulated by Post is 2-3 business days.
• It has tracking number, useful to know the status of your shipment.
• Mailbox delivery.

Standard Paq MailNOT valid for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping by Certified Post. This shipping option has a number of advantages over regular shipping:

• The transit time stipulated by Post is 2-3 business days.
• It has tracking number, so you will be able to know at all times what condition your shipment is in.
• Order is delivered by hand and under signature.
• It is the most recommended option if you want to receive your order by post in the shortest possible time and with all guarantees.

Standard shipping to the Canary Islands:

International shipping:

International shipping is made to all countries.

Default international shipping in Europe is by ordinary letter, whose delivery time depends on the destination country and does not have a tracking number.

Transit time is usually 10 to 12 business days.
