Ingredients

We disclose all ingredients: Aqua, dehydrogenated palmoylethyl hydroxyethylmonium methosulfate (plant-based), calcium chloride and sodium carbonate (mineral), essential oils and botanical extracts* (lavandin, lavender, eucalyptus globulus, pine), methylisothiazolinone and benzisothiazolinone (synthetic).

*Linalool is a component of these essential oils. No phosphates. Trace materials are commonly present in cleaning product ingredients.

 
Dosage

Fill to Medium line (3/4 oz) for medium loads, for large loads fill to Large line (1 oz). Add into water, not directly on laundry, during final rinse cycle. Use appropriate dispenser if available. Contains 42 loads as measured to medium dose.

Not for use on children's sleepwear or other garments labeled as flame resistant as it may reduce flame resistance. Fabric softeners can increase the flammability of fabric. Avoid using this product on fluffier, cotton-based fabrics such as fleece, flannel and terrycloth.

Returns

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties:

VitaminsPro is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
