XB08 Extremeblaster polished stainless steel slip on shorty glass pack with 4" tunable disk system fitting Yamaha FZ8 2011-2013 stock header pipe (see price for black pipe below). XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with greater low end torque, response and higher top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller or Power Commander to compensate for the shorter pipe. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of  low end torque and top end power delivery.  Disk pipe delivers deep tone that is not excessively loud  like most short aftermarket pipes. Pipe is ready to bolt on to stock header and includes everything for installation. Incredible superbike tone not found on any other aftermarket pipe today.

This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.

Returns - 14 day return buyer pays return shipping. Return pipe unused in the same condition as received (do not run motor through pipe). A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
