The bowl is heavy, with beautiful rim, cut like nails or petals, I thought that it's Georgian or early Victorian crystal as I don't know well American glass. I bought a book (to research another item) and found it there.

I photographed a page/part of Dorflinger glass book, they describe it as ice cream bowl, please see this in the end of my photos, before the chipped detail pictures.
