Waukegan Light house with snow and the Waukegan Illinois City Seal behind it.  Seal has year 1859

Kind of looks like pen pencils and water colors? or is it a painted photo?... I'm not sure but so sharp looking.

Created by Frank Chess Jr in 1989 in front of the year 1989 it looks to have 10J..not sure if that's a number in the series or what

The corners want to start to show some wear but not really yet it'd be nice to get this in a frame to preserve it but it stands up fine on a shelf as is too
