All items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received Monday through Friday.  We do not ship any items on the weekend.  Items will usually ship same day if payment is received before 4PM CST.  Items will ship by preferred shipping method although we do reserve the right to ship using a different carrier or service due to weight or insurance criteria.  Orders of a large quantity or excessive cost will be shipped via UPS Ground fully insured even if another method is chosen.  This is to protect you and us in case of loss or damage during shipment.

In the event you need an item sooner or desire a different shipping service please send us a message. We can ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at an additional cost.  Please contact us before placing an order if you need expedited shipping.

Payment for all eBay listed items is to be conducted via PayPal to ensure the safety of our customers. 

We will only accept a return if the item is proven to be defective upon arrival.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.  Once an order has shipped it can not be cancelled.  All orders are shipped same day or next business day at the latest.
