Postage & Handling
Orders are normally shipped 24 - 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Items are sent without postage insurance. If you would like postage insurance (for loss or damage in transit) please let us know. If postage insurance is not taken and items get damaged in transit, we will be unable to replace the item.
Postage is via Australia Post eParcel with tracking or courier. Please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT).
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Repo Guys is not responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the Australia Postal Service and provide them with the tracking confirmation we have provided. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package. Please contact us. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to AUS Post, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the AUS Post loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to. Once postage is done, tracking is available for most of our items. If you need to insure your ITEM, please get in touch with us as soon as you have placed an order, as all our item gets shipped automatically using eParcel system. Insurance cost is 2% to 5% of the total cost of the order.
Product Photo & Description
Colour of items may be different from the picture, depending on stock availability. We will substitute a different colour, if the one pictured is not in stock. If you want a specific colours, please contact us prior to purchase.

14 Day Returns Policy
If you change your mind we are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged & returned within 14 days of receiving it.
We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage).
Unfortunately, we can?t grant a refund if the returned item is not in re-saleable condition. Please note that the customer will bear the incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us. We won?t accept C.O.D. returned package.

Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping does not extend to international orders and may not apply to some regional or remote areas. In the case that free shipping does not apply.
Free shipping of items larger than 5 kg within Australia does not include all PO Boxes and does not include all areas of Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and some rural areas of Australia. If free shipping does not apply to you, we will contact you after you place your order to offer you a competitive subsidized freight charge.
