Refunds Policy

Backorders
- Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and on rare occasions may be on back-order with them.
- If your item is on back order you will be notified immediately and given the option to keep the order open or have it refunded.
- Easy!!! We make it easy and painless to return an item. If you don't like it for whatever reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
- All returns must be in new, original condition and must include the original packaging, tags, and all content intact.
- Please be sure to pack the item properly to avoid damage.
- The easiest way to return an item is through eBay's Managed Returns which you will find in your Purchase History in the drop down menu to the right of your item.
