Thyme is a dry herb used extensively in the Middle East from the Middle Ages to the present. To prepare our special ground thyme, we hand mix roasted sesame, sumac and oregano.

Thyme can be mixed with olive oil and spread in bread, or you can sprinkle it on chicken, meats and salads. In the Levant, there is a belief that this particular mixture of spices makes the mind awake and the body strong.
