This dual prong weight lifting belt is ideal for lifting heavier weight. It can be used whilst doing deadlifts, squats, or even regular lifting off the ground. The belt comes in handy in constantly straightening your spine when lifting as well as stabilizing abdominal pressure, both necessary to avoid injuries. The dual Prongs allow for the belt to have a very secure fit and the buckle allows for the belt to be quick and easy to take back off. The belt is made less flexible to ensure the spine stays straight.
