This is a souvenir ash tray for the States of Maryland and Delaware together, with the bowl in the shape of the states and various points of interest noted, and the State House in Annapolis covering the bottom left corner. It looks and feels like it is from the 80s or late 70s. It is either tin or aluminum (I can't tell), and the only notable marking is "Made In Japan" on the rear. It measures about 5" x 4", and as shown, is in over all decent condition with notable wear from age and normal handling. See pictures for details.
