This auction is for an Act of March 3, 1863 Three Cents Fractional Currency banknote from the United States. This note is in higher grade, mainly crisp, but has the following: perhaps light bends or light wear; light overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, grease stains, areas of discoloration); perhaps light edge and corner wear (edges oddly cut); no tears or holes that I could see. Please see the photos to judge the condition of the note.
