Definitely not something you come across routinely- a vintage portable Panasonic AM/FM radio, phono record player Made in Japan. Please check out the video to see if demonstrated. The radio, both am and fm work fine, with excellent reception. The phone record player does not spin but when I touch the needle I can hear it through the speaker. It’s possible it could be just a worn belt, although I’m not sure. If yiu look vintage electronics, and like to tinker, this is a very cool item to have. Selling as-is
