This is a  genuine Ford parts catalogue which was designed for garages to simplify the selection and ordering of parts from Ford main dealers.

The preface states "The catalogue has been published for your convenience in ordering Genuine Ford Service Parts. The illustrated parts are marked with figure numbers instead of Finis numbers and are in accordance with the illustrations of the Parts microfilm."

It consists of detailed exploded diagrams which illustrate the body assemblies.

If you are restoring/repairing a vehicle the exploded diagrams provide an invaluable reference source.

 There are a number of catalogues for different models - some of which I have listed /will be listing on Ebay.

This Catalogue is for the Ford Transit Mk2 1986. It covers Van, Bus, Chassis cab and SVO models

It was published in 1988 and consists of circa 222 pages.

It is very detailed even showing individual nuts bolts and washers in assemblies.

There is too much to list everything it covers but it includes:

Body and related parts.

Front Suspension less brakes

Rear Suspension less brakes

Pedals and realted parts

Brakes

Engine Assemblies mounted on body

Steering gear

Electrical system

Acessories .

Only parts it does not cover are the engine itself, gear box and soft trim - Ford had seperate catalouges for these as they were used in many models - I will be listing some of these on eBay
