Some slight surface noise mostly at the start of sides,
Clean pressing,
Sleeve :- VG+ condition;
Some light surface and ring wear, a small break at top of spine on back,
some light creasing around spines, corners show a little wear,
Some foxing and a little staining on inside of gatefold,

I use Record Collector's grading for my conditions, These grades may have a + (or occasionally -) added if I feel the record is in between the grades and I always add specific description to each record, as every record (and pressing) is different.
