They are cut outs and one ghost is loose but still on its cardboard back and the cling is still clinging. The haunted house has some color loss at the bottom due to being stored against its original bag.  It bled on to the bag in one small area.  Please see pictures. I've reversed the protective back paper so the plastic is not touching the decals any longer.
