Enovini Active Dry Wine Yeast 7g - 18% for 35L - The process of obtaining wine from fruit must is possible thanks to the microorganisms - a concrete wide group of yeast which belong to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus group. The yeast that are used in the wine industry are specially selected and imporved in the laboratories. The fine yeasts are are divided in races depending on the preferences of the substrates (kind of fruits, sugar concentration), the speed and efficiency of the production.
Enovini Active Dry Wine Yeast 7g - Baya 18% - This product is very easy to use. A single 7 g packaging of yeast is sufficient for making from 10 to 35 litres of batch. The yeast is cryophylic and works in low temperature (from 8°C). Thus, they are perfect for fermenting during colder seasons, in the basement, and their fermentation temperature range is 8-32°C, with possibility of achieving even 18% alcohol content! When using nutrients with vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita available in our offer, you can ensure for yourself the full extent of the capabilities offered by this yeast.
Enovini Active Dry Wine Yeast 7g - WS for white, rose and red table wines. Enovini® WS wine yeast ferments in the temperature range 15 - 30°C. It has average requirements in respect of nitrogen source. It tolerates up to 13% of alcohol. Such tolerance level allows to produce mature dry, semi-dry and even semi-sweet wines, without the danger of further fermentation in bottles. Using such type of wine yeast ensures obtaining mild, well-balanced wines with a clear fruity note. A single dose of Enovini® WS allows to produce up to 35 L of wine. The Enovini yeast requires nutrient.

Fermvin Wine Yeast 7g - PDM for 10-35L - Fermivin PDM is BAYANUS wine yeast fermenting up to 16% alcohol, which thanks to its versatility will be perfect as an addition to wine made from gooseberry, pear, apricot, strawberry, cereal, hawthorn, apple, rosehip, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, sweet cherries, cherries, raspberries, greengage and black plums, chokeberry, blackberries, black, white and red currants, blueberries, elderberries. This yeast has a moderate effect on the aromatic profile of the wine, thus preserving the aromas of the fruit from which the drink is made.
