RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date with a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Item has not been defaced or used and is in resealable condition if not damaged. (please Quality check your item before you start work on it, we cannot be held responsible if you do not make these checks)
  • Contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the door, if there is any carrier damage etc, please send images as proof as this will need to be used for a claim against the carrier.
  • The buyer pays for the return postage unless it’s damaged, please contact us as eBays return shipping does not work for the size of our items, we will help with the return.
  • While in your possession you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. You will be responsible if they are lost, damaged, or destroyed whilst they are in your possession as ownership of the goods and title pass to you on delivery. A refund or replacement can not be given if we do not hear back from you within 30 days.

We will always replace the item as long as it’s the same item purchased and in cases where we have no stock of the replacement, we will authorise a refund.
