Description:

8-Piece Set. Automotive manufacturers require that wheels be tightened accurately to a specific torque value. Failure to follow their requirements will result in damage to wheels, brake drums and brake rotors. Mechanics/technicians sometimes cut corners by dialing down their torque wrench and estimate torque settings. This procedure is a very dangerous shortcut.

Wheel Torque Master Sockets will torque wheel nuts to the correct torque the first time, every time, on most makes and models of Foreign & Domestic cars, light trucks, SUV’s and vans. Torque Master Sockets are easy to use and are color coded for quick identification. Using a torque socket avoids over-torquing wheel nuts and prevents Major wheel and Brake damage. These tools are designed for use with a ½” drive impact wrench.

LT1500 – 8-PIECE WHEEL TORQUE MASTER KEY SUCCESS DRIVERS

  • For original equipment wheels and wheel nuts only
  • Time saving alternative to a standard hand held torque wrench
  • Convert any impact gun/wrench into a powered torque wrench by bleeding torque from the impact gun/wrench. The length and diameter of the torque socket shaft determines how much torque is allowed to reach the wheel nut
  • Once the correct torque is achieved the torque socket will twist slightly disengaging the impact gun/wrench preventing over-torquing
  • Should be used every time wheels are changed or replaced regardless of the make, model or year of vehicle
  • Inaccurately torqued wheel nuts will damage a brake system
  • Must be used with calibrated impact gun/wrench
  • Wheel nuts must be tightened in a star pattern criss-cross sequence
  • Not for wheel removal
