In order to keep shipping rates reasonable, I sometimes reuse shipping materials, but only if they are sturdy and clean. Also, most soft items will be squeezed down for shipping, so please use care when opening your order. I recommend a dull letter opener or car keys instead of scissors or knives, so as not to damage any contents.
