We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy.
At TM Tech Ltd, we accept returns for a refund. We will do anything to help you find the right product in terms of communication and measurements. If the product somehow does not live up to your expectation we can offer you a refund once you have returned the item or - whenever possible - to exchange the item for one of a different size/fit, to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible.
Items must be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included upon returning your item.
Although we take pride in our stock we are not responsible for someone who wants to return due to not reading the description first.
The description will define if there are any problems / scratches / dents and use of item. We will have photos to provide and any item is faulty then we take full responsibility ( please be aware we have photos and inspect each item throughly
All returns are the customers responsibility and if an item is returned it will be minus the original price as we will deduct postage for shipping.
If you want to return an item please contact us before mailing it to us. Please state your order, price and the reason for returning the item. After doing so, you will receive return instructions via e-mail. Please allow 72 hours from the moment that we have accepted your returned item (excluding delivery time) for your credit to be processed.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our address. To avoid disagreements, we also recommend you retain proof sending the item.
As soon as your return has been receive by us, we will issue the refund.
