Returns for Electronic Parts

For electronic parts purchased for appliance repairs, returns will NOT be accepted if the item is returned in an unsealed or opened box. An unsealed package may indicate that the part has been installed, and as sellers, we cannot verify its condition with absolute certainty.

Returns for Non-Electronic Parts

All non-electronic parts may be returned for a refund if they are uninstalled, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Returns are subject to quality control inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.
