  • All Pop Culture Hobbies products are shipped using calculated shipping to avoid unnecessary overcharges. PCH does not charge handling fees of any kind; in fact, we lose money on every graded book shipped.

Additional Images:  
 
We own every book listed and the product images are of the actual comic you are buying. We usually only host the front of comics to ensure there is minimal impact on the performance of our website where the images are hosted.  We can fulfill additional images upon request; we usually respond to requests for additional images or within hours but certainly will get it done within a day. 
 
Offers:
Most of our products are priced as marked but we welcome realistic offers. Simply send us a message and we will respond to your offer within the same business day.  Please don't include your pricing research; we have access to every available tool to determine valuation and list having conducted our own research.  
 
 
Condition:  
 
Raw Comics - Due to variance in grading practices, comics will only be guaranteed to be in the grade specified within + or - one-half grade.  For example, a  comic listed as VF (8.0) is guaranteed to be in a condition of 7.5 - 8.5.
 
Graded Comics  - Graded comics will arrive in the condition specified in the listing.  
 
Product Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase feel free to return for up to 30 days.  We will pay for return shipping on products that were not accurately described, incorrect, or missing items.  In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  In every situation, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the product arrives back at Pop Culture Hobbies in the same condition received by the buyer.  Shipping companies do not reimburse the recipient to ensure the return is packed appropriately and adequately covered against loss.

Packaging: All comics are shipped in either plastic with a backing board, a top-loader, or the 3rd party-graded slab. We ship comics in either a padded envelope with cardboard reinforcement or in a box with sufficient padding to protect the contents. We proudly use recycled boxes whenever possible.
