It has marks, scratches and stains as shown in the pictures.

As pictured, it has been modified and a D80SM-12 fan was added, cutting a circle through the plastic at the front to insert it along four screws.

On the left  edge the plastic is lifted and a little broken, where the stands of the computer used to be, as pictured. 

On the edge of the back, at the corner and the top it is broken and missing two pieces (One of them being a tab), and the edge is a little bent. 

One of the feets is broken and comes out because one of the plastic parts is detached.

Two of the feets are missing.
