An external solar panel is connected to the water pump at the fountain, which powers the water feature. When this panel is positioned in direct sunlight, it uses solar energy to operate the water pump. The water feature switches off automatically when there is low light or when it becomes dark.

DELIVERY

For all UK orders we offer Free Standard delivery which on average takes 3 - 5 working days. 
We also give you the option to upgrade to a Next Working Day delivery service. 

RETURNS

If an item is damaged on delivery, we must be notified within 3 days off the delivery date, we will then arrange for a replacement or a refund of the item (it needs to be within this time period for us to make claims with our couriers) 

If you have simply changed your mind or no longer require the item(s), you must notify us within 30 days from receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original unused and unopened packaging and be in a resalable condition for a full refund. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) and the item(s) remain your responsibility until we receive them.
