New without box. These may have been a display so have minor signs of being tried on such as a rub mark or two. I try to capture anything that I can obviously see even if is minor. Performance of the boots is completely unaffected just cosmetic. Photos are of the actual pair you will receive. 

Due to the composite toe these do have some weight to them.
