This is FoMoCo specialty tool T53T-1175-A, Rear Wheel Grease Retainer Installer, for 1953-61 Ford F-500, 1953-54 F-600 trucks and all Ford Turck with T-700 axle.

The set has some light exfoliar corrosion you can see in the photos above, and the drive end is mushroomed from hammer strikes, but the tool remains totally usable. Overall fair condition, clean, complete, lightly oiled and wrapped in VCI paper to inhibit further corrosion.
