Experimental impossible project finally completed. Infinity has been reached and simple focusing provided. Lens actually covers 6x9 with minimal vignette.

Camera mount is brass M39 ring (thinner threads then Leica but you can use any other Copal of the same thread) fixed on camera body. Lens/shutter combo rotates on it, providing focusing. Range estimate is from 1m to Infinity. No minimum focusing blocker exists, one can make 3 rotations safely before lens/shutter combo is unscrewed.

Tominon + Copal Polaroid combo is mint, clean and fully working. Metal Agfa camera body (with fake lizard/snake skin cover) received a paint job.
