It is our goal at Hell of a Party to offer the most affordable prices while having every package delivered to our customers safely and within the timeframe they are needed. We offer a few domestic options to accommodate those situations when you need your items in a rush, or prefer the cheapest rate.

CARRIER GUARANTEED SHIPPING SERVICES:
For time sensitive shipments, a Day-Definite Guaranteed service option is strongly recommended. Day-Definite Guaranteed Services are guaranteed by the carrier to arrive in the number of days selected, as such, these services rarely see shipping delays as they are eligible for a full-service refund by the carrier if they are late. Orders placed with a Day-Definite service option are the first to ship from our facility and will in most cases ship the same day when payment is completed before 3pm CST. EXPEDITED & STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS:
eBay Guaranteed Delivery offers guaranteed delivery dates for Expedited and Standard Shipping Options not guaranteed by the carrier. These services are recommended for the buyer that has some flexibility on when their order is needed and prefers a cost effective or Free shipping option. As delivery for these services options are not guaranteed by the carrier, they may on occasion experience shipping delays (particularly during peak seasons). The eBay Guaranteed Delivery offers assurance that if your package arrives later than the promised delivery day, that you will be able to return the package for a full refund or keep the item and receive a shipping credit. Expedited Service upgrade is available by choosing either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and is estimated to arrive in 2-4 business Days. These orders will be prioritized over Standard orders in our facility and offer a faster, more reliable service than our Standard shipping option.
Our Standard Shipping is the default or least expensive option, such as "USPS Ground Advantage", and is estimated to arrive in 3-6 Business Days.

**Carrier guaranteed delivery shipments are guaranteed to arrive no later than the specified date. Rare exceptions apply such as “acts of God” (weather, natural disasters etc). See carrier website for more information.
At this time, all international shipments utilitze eBay's global shipping program.
Available on all orders when you buy more than one item from us. For combined shipping to be applied, simply purchase items on the same order. Just use the “Add To Cart” button, than checkout for the items at the same time for these shipping discounts to apply.

Example: If it is Wednesday before cut-off when your order is placed with a 1 Business Day handling, it would ship no later then Thursday. If the order is placed after cut-off, it would roll over to the next day and would ship no later than Friday.
There are some exceptions on a per listing basis where time to ship may be longer. Check just below the “Add To Cart” and “Buy It Now” buttons for listing specific handing time exceptions.
