For Study late 20’s Navy Dress

Cute little silk dress with shirring at the waist. The arms hems are navy satin. There is a little cape that comes off the back of the dress at the neck. There is some shattering in areas. I was definitely careful getting it in my mannequin since it is a pullover style.
