Allows you to mount charging cable overhead with retracting mechanism. Multiple reasons why you would want to do this. Maybe you don't want to back in, or you only have an outlet on one side of the garage. Maybe you only have one open outlet and its mounted to ceiling near garage door opener. Gives you the ability to plug charger into that outlet and conveniently hang from the ceiling so it is out of the way. I am using the tesla cable organizer as well which is $35 on their website on the Tesla website. Retracting mechanism is what allows for charging cable to hang from the ceiling and completely out of the way. Puts nearly no stress on the charging cable when plugged in.

Does not come with a charging cable. Only includes kit to mount cable overhead and the retracting mechanism.

Do not install in the path of your garage door opener or tracks. Not liable for damages if installed improperly.
